As a Field Compliance Officer, you will ensure our agency adheres to all regulatory and internal guidelines. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of patient care and operational excellence. This position involves traveling to various patient homes and agency offices to conduct audits, and compliance checks.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Compliance Audits: Perform regular on-site audits to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies.

​

Report Findings: Document and report compliance issues and follow up to ensure corrective actions are implemented.

​

Monitor Regulatory Changes: Stay informed about changes in healthcare regulations and ensure the agency adapts accordingly.

​

Must be available 10 - 15 hours a week, weekends and evenings

​

Qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in home and community based programs, support coordination agencies, and healthcare compliance, preferably in a home health setting.

​

Skills: Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail.

​

Required Travel: Ability to travel frequently throughout Region #2 which includes Denham Springs, Zachary, Baker, Port Allen, Plaquemine, and Baton Rouge
